Interests/Comments: I love to travel and on my last sabbatical in 2004 journeyed to India and Nepal. I am still passionate about music and I am still trying to learn to play the piano. Thankfully, my partner Shelley plays. We have been together for over 20 years. I still spend most of my working time contemplating medieval Hindu and Buddhist yoga texts in light of new research in the cognitive sciences, particularly neuroscience. In January 2008, I held a human brain in my hands. That was amazing.
My life feels very blessed and I am constantly amazed at the treasures all around us.
I think this bio-reunion idea is fantastic, and I am so sorry I missed the first one....I loved seeing pictures of everyone and hearing about people's lives. I have (re)connected with Marcia Sokowlowski, Cindy Fromstein, Rochelle Thalmann, Ellie Greenspoon (they are all amazing women) and, more recently, Paul Mendelson through Rhonda's social strategies. And, if I am not mistaken, I remember running into Brad Brown one evening long ago near a gas station on Eglinton. I remember so many things from that time in my life...
